Rough Idle

So Ive been trying to rule this problem out for two days now. First it wouldn't start. I turned the key with a clicking noise. So I did some research and replaced the starter relay and the TPS. Still no cigar. Then I saw my battery leads were a little corroded so I cleaned them up a bit. Now I have a start but their is a rough idle, sometimes it even stalls. The first time it started it also took a while to idle and it smelled a little bit like gas. So now i'm stuck. Any help would be appreciated.

BTW

01 Jeep TJ 104,000 miles

Did you clean the throttle body and IAC port when you put the TPS on?

No I didn't. Would that just happen out of the blue though? It started fine the other day.
