Rough Idle

So Ive been trying to rule this problem out for two days now. First it wouldn't start. I turned the key with a clicking noise. So I did some research and replaced the starter relay and the TPS. Still no cigar. Then I saw my battery leads were a little corroded so I cleaned them up a bit. Now I have a start but their is a rough idle, sometimes it even stalls. The first time it started it also took a while to idle and it smelled a little bit like gas. So now i'm stuck. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you clean the throttle body and IAC port when you put the TPS on?

No I didn't. Would that just happen out of the blue though? It started fine the other day.
