Years of hard wheeling I highly doubt.... I'm not trying to be a **** but people that wheel HARD aren't looking for a cheap kit. They save up and buy a kit with proper geometry so it DOES last for years of hard wheeling.

Wait at least a year to make an opinion on a new setup. You never know man this kit may prove you wrong. I'm not saying it will I'm just saying that while this kit isn't proven it also isn't dis-proven ( is that a word). Meh

Yeah... I got that pic too. We weren't supposed to post that up here though, since Jeffery wanted it installed on a Jeep first. I was running down there this weekend to get the work done.

Well... since somebody let the cat out of the bag, here are the specs.

* 1 1/4" x .095" 4130 tubes and tube adapters (welding required)
* AM rod ends and grade 8 hardware
* 3/8" mild steel chassis and housing brackets (3" or 3 1/4" axle tubes
* 3/8" Truss Upgrade available
* Bolt on diagonal link
* Outboard offset shock mounts
* Upper shock mount crossmember
* 12" stroke single adjustable coilovers
* 3 Choices for spring rate

Remember, this is a secret, sorry for releasing the info so early Jeffery.

If you want to weld buy a Clayton kit and weld it on. It will flex all day and still get you home. As for the banter about the kit not being designed for coming down hard on a rock..... Why install a longarm kit if you don't plan on having it get beaten on? If you aren't going to wheel hard then why go longarm? Just to say you have a LA setup? Either way.... To those of you that got this kit, I'm sure a lot of guys apperciate you being the guinea pigs. That is a bold move for sure.
well there is still a huge price difference between the clayton kit and the RC kit. the reason i want to weld it on is first i dont plan on taking it off when its on so i might as well weld it on. second i would like the added security knowing that its not only bolted on its also welded.

I was just running with what atx started. Yeah, it is fake. I followed his pic back to the site selling it. That is where I got the specs from, but I changed it just a little to make more sense for our application.

Jeffery, waiting on and updates from the 2.5" kit, and the TT. Excited to see pics soon.

Some people do it just to say they have a LA, I'm sure. Others do it cause they require it for the wheel'in they do, and others do it for better ride quality vs. there SA set-ups. I have to agree with you on the LA's, If you go LA, get something you can count on, something that will take a beating. clayton, rockKrawler, tnt, etc... RC just has not provin there LA kit yet, this does not mean that they won't, And I hope this kit turns out to be a great kit for the price.

Nobody said this kit was for everybody. Eveyone will have their likes and dislikes with any kit. It is a free country and everyone is entitled to opinions. I have personally put this kit through alot of abuse. It has been wheeled hard and jump 4-5 feet numerous times. Nothing has givin up yet.

The 2.5 and flat belly will take a little time. We are currently working on it but with the changes being made to the arms for clearance it will take a month or two before it is in production.
