2 questions:

#1 - once you finish this prototype how many months would it take before you had a production model ready to sell?

#2 - what is the target final sell price? (even a rough idea would be nice, obviously we wouldn't hold you to anything)

Normally if we get all the prints done and quoted it normally takes 2-3 months for something to become available. If everything performs the way we want and dont have to make any changes to the jeep that is. Hopefully it will all work the way we want and have no issues.

We are in the market for a basic longarm kit priced around 1800-2000 and that is the worst case scenario. We are gonna offer a flat belly option.

Here is some of the things we are gonna do. Front first
y link front 3/4 and 1 1/4 inch flex joints
front trackbar with heavy duty frame drop bracket
gonna use frame brackets with stock belly pan and offer flat belly as an option

Rear.
4 link rear with 3/4 in and 1 1/4 flex joints
rubber bushings at frame mounts
adj rear trackbar

Upgages;
Some of the upgrades will be flat belly pan and rear weld on truss, but when you do the weld on truss you will have to also have the different upper link bars.

Sounds like a great concept. A quality affordable LA that has an upgrade path. Very interested to see where this goes. Will definitely hold off purchase to see.

WOW! I'm liking the looks of it so far! What about putting a plate in between the 2 brackets so that they are held together stronger and it makes for a better attachment?
EDIT: Looked back at the pictures and I saw it

I'm pretty sure it is running between the frame and the transfer case skid plate...

It all sounds good, for the weld on truss for the rear, might i suggest also making one for those of us with the 8.8 rear axle

Good job, great group of people to work with, but sometimes you get some mad cust and it can be a pain in the you know.
Gonna be hiring engineers in the next couple years? Maybe an intern?
