Rough Country 4" Lift vs Rusty's 3"

I'm debating between the Rough County 4" non-adjustable control arm kit, and the Rusty's 3" basic kit.

I have a couple Rusty's things on my Jeep and they are great. I talked to them and the PA Jeeps show this summer and they make a great product and their tech support is second to none as far as I am concerned. I do feel though that the Rusty's kit is pushing the limits of the stock control arms. I'd really like to see that kit come with longer control arms. Thats what I do like about the RC kit. As far as the height difference, it really doesn't matter to me. I'd prefer the 3" but if the 3" Rusty's kit is really too much for the stock control arms than I would get the RC.
