Well i finally got my lift kit installed! And i must say it is alot smoother than the factory ride. I did have some vibration at first once i hit around 35 or so. I then put on the TC drop spacers and that took care of that problem. I have had my lift for about a week and finally got around to it.

I cant stress enough PB Blaster is your friend. However i did have one bolt on the rear uppper shock mount snapp on me. Broke an EZ Out trying to get it out. Just broke out the Air Hammer and solved that problem.

I did get a little over 2.5" inches out of the lift. I would recommend this to anyone on a budget looking for a good lift. Excellent customer service. Had problems with my first order and UPS. Called jefferey and had another shipped out that same day.

Now that some of you guys have been running this lift for a few months, can we get some longer-term feedback on this product? I'm seriously considering ordering this, but money is scarce and want to spend it on the right stuff.

Anyone?

I'm a little disappointed, thought we were kinda special. Everybody is selling this kit at that price now.

I agree. I've seen several sites selling the lift at the discounted price we get here. With the other sites, I can just order it, and do not have to call for the "special discount".

If you see other companies selling this cheaper than me let me know. They are not supposed to be doing that and will loose their selling privledges. They are supposed to sell at the same advertising price that is on my website, which is 299.95 for just the kit. Thas no shipping, no stab and not tax.

What would you like to know? I've had mine on for several months now. Honestly the springs settled a little and it rides even better now.

I would second this. I have had it out trail riding a few times now as well, and was very pleased. I haven't ever had anything other than stock to compare it with, and as pleased as I have been with it, I doubt I ever will.

wish I had better pics with some action shots, but this is the best I could do.

no spacers, no BL, just the 2.5" RC lift (31"X 11.50 swampers). There is a pic of it somewhere in this thread of what it looked like before the springs settled. It was nose diving pretty bad but once the springs settled it really leveled out.

After settling, do you guys have an idea of what the lift ended up yielding? This is still my biggest concern with going with this kit (wanting 33x12.5).

Before it settled it was closer to 3" than 2.5". Now that its settled, it is maybe a .25" shy of 2.5.

I could fit 33's under mine if I wanted, but I really like the way mine sits currently. If I went with 33's, I would probably end up with a 1" BL somewhere down the road as well.

Edit: not sure if it helps you any but I have 3.5" from tire to fender. with 33 it would still leave me 2.5" of space.

The custom front bumper and winch aren't helping your height/settling either, so that's good to see. I have a sahara as well.

My lift is in the garage and I'll open a new thread this weekend to record the install. Me and 2 buddies, a set of hand tools, and a case of beer on sunday.

1,000 mile update! The ride has improved slightly riding even better. Still no issues running without bumpstop extensions on 31's. (this kit flexes like CRAZY).

You can finally see in this pic that the rear flexes very nicely as well!

So what I read into how this kit settles in, with a 1" BL you would yield about 2.5" tire to flair on 33's if your rig is the normal results. I was thinking about giving this a try on my 01 DD, just because this spring lift was so inexpensive. That changes things big time. Is this about what everyone is ending up with ? I ask this because with the 2.5" + BL that I am running on my 05 - I've got 6" tire to flair on 33 STT's after a year and a half with a hardtop. No settling at all.

So who's kit do you have now that yeilded so much lift and why do you want to get rid of it after only 1 year?
