Man, if I thought I could run 35" with this kit it would be awesome. I am confused.

A 35 inch tire is alot on our 2.5 kit. I dont even think I would try or recommend it. And every 4 cyl jeep I have worked on or put gears in had 4.10s from the factory.

TheDirt, we base all of the spring rates off of a stock jeep.

OK, back to the kits. any complaints yet. So far they sound real nice.
I ran 33x10.5 on a budget boost. They fit, but it wasn't fun off-road due to rubbing.

35's on a 2.5" fit, but you're pissing in the wind.

well i finally got mine installed. it took about 16 hours or so doing it by myself on about 3 or 4 afternoons. it took so long because i was by myself, it was my first lift install, and all my bolts were rusted and snapped. not one of them came out easily. I like it so far, however i need a rear trackbar bad, mine shifted to the passenger side by about 2". I plan on putting 35's on with a 1.25"Bl/mml combo and xenon flat fenders. RC was very helpful and friendly.

Your signiture says you have a 4cyl with 3.73 gears and 31" tires. Now you are telling us you put 35's on. I hope you have a tow vehicle with you at all times to pull you up any hills you may encounter. Even if you somehow managed to get 35's under your 2.5" lift I don't think that 4cyl with 3.73 gears will carry them too well. Actaully, I never even knew they had 3.73s in a 4cyl. Are you sure you even have a Jeep?

Again I apologize if I'm comming off a bit harse, but things look really fishy here. Prove me wrong. (Please, I'd love to see 35s under 2" of lift)
My 4 banger has 3.73 gears from the factory, I think 3.73 was standard with the 4 cylinder and 3 speed auto 30rh transmission

How big of spacers are we talking here? I've read about people adding 1" spacers to the front to level it out, but I'd like to make it into a bigger lift if possible (Adding like a 2" in front, and 1" in the back maybe? Or would it have to be smaller?)

That, in conjuncture with a 1" BL/MML would be the perfect setup for me.

Frost_Monkey If you get to adding too much to the jeep as far as the lift goes you may need to get an aftermarket set of control arms to help accomodate for the extra lift.
