I am going to do a write up on this lift. Please crawl my thread, I will start updates as early as tonight with my factory ride pics, and what not.
Here is a link.
Does Rough Country have LJ specific spring rates for the 2.5" kit? Us LJ guys carry more weight in armor, hard top, etc and some (like me), still want the forward rake for loading down with gear.
Ya its a nice kit. can't beat it for the money. haven't put the t-case drop on it yet, but i am going to have to. Got a little vibration at around 25-30. played around at lunch and the rear flexes really nice, i have the saybars connected so the front kinda stayed put, wish i had a camera. Its a good kit though. I highly encourage the two piece strut compressor ( auto zone loan-a-tool) its a life saver.
no man, no more accessories. I have front and rear bumpers coming soon from thedirtworx.com I figure lift, bumpers, then after i get back from iraqistan I will get the highline body kit. The front clip is goobered up from the wreck so i figure mise well get the body kit.
I am going to measure when i get home tonight, I measured the way it sat stock. The T-case drop cured all vibrations. The drop is not to much though, you don't have to move your shift boot like you do with a larger t-case drop. The 2,4,R are a little spongy but it stays in gear. :2thumbsup:
I got about 2.75in up front, and about 2.25in in the back. Remember the TJ's have a big front rake so this did level it out some.
