^ That's a good lookin Jeep, sweet color. I'm also liking those rockers, which look frame-mounted if I'm not mistaken. What kind are those?

They mount to the frame bolts and I got them from 4wheelparts.com

Tex... looks like the lift install went well. Did you do a "touch up" to the front end alignment? It's usually a good idea to check the toe-in even with a relatively short lift like this 2.5" kit. You may be getting more tread-scrub than you need if you don't adjust the tie-rod length.

Yep I did the alignment as well. Drives pretty straight right now and no DW yet. Will do a professional alignment next time I get new tires.

I will have video up shortly of how good the coils work.
Is the 10% off offer still good??
Thanks

Hey guys i just bought a 05 jeep with 6spd 4.0. This is my first jeep and want to know some things before i order this kit...
The Jeep has 265 70 17 on it already.
Do i need to buy a tc kit for this lift? Do i need a MML as well?
Thanks

My recommendations if this is the kit you plan to buy (I have it as well):

1. The need for the TC drop kit is a case-by-case, and it was included in my kit
2. Not shure about the need for a MML, but I'm not using one
3. Do NOT buy the RC shocks!!! Get a set of Bilstein 5100s and you will be much happier.
4. Get the rear track bar relocation bracket

You need to know the shocks suck and typically are not only the wrong length for their respective springs, but their shocks also have a mismatched collapsed to extended ratio, meaning you have an extra 2"+ of body that you don't get back in shaft or cycle. IE a 13" body shock will have like 8" of travel iirc.

You also need to know that their springs will sag after a while and even faster as you add more weight to the scenario.

I'm not bashing RC, I'm just telling the truth. I haven't tried any of their shocks or control arms on anything in about a year, so some improvements may have been made.

Just installed my lift, so far so good. As a DD and weekend offroader it has done well for me. You're buying a $300 suspension lift, don't expect the quality and performance to be comparable to the big name brands.

Now onto the search for the cause of my DW! Can't go 50mph+ grrrrr..

Probably worn out control arms.
