Just purchased this kit, should have it in early next week. I have one quick question, that i didn't see anywhere in this thread. What backspacing should I use for the wheels? I am planning on running 33"x12.5" on 15" rims. Any help is appreciated.

My wheels have 4" of BS, same setup as you mention. This work fine and the tires stick out just a little past the fenders which I like.

Looking at getting this kit for my 06' LJ until I can get around to installing a 4" Lift in the future. For now I just want some more ground clearence. However is there anything else I need besides what comes in this kit. I dont need anything crazy extra do I. I know that Rough Country also has the .75" Isolaters as well and they sell these springs and Isolators in this kit for 3.25" So again would I eed anything else, or anything to be alarmed by. Thanks in Advance.

Your going to need to properly bumpstop your jeep afterwards. I wouldn't suggest the spacers though. You might want to consider adding a JKS 1.25" BL/MML instead.

Sorry, should have specified. I also purchased the 1.25" BL from Rough Country with this as well as a new steering stabilizer and rear track bar bracket. Should I still purchase the MML?

Mml helps to reduce driveling angle and to reduce dropping the skid plate to get rid of vibes.
Also it gets the oil pan up a little higher to protect it if you offroad

Not everyone will get vibes

Anyone replace their shocks with another brand yet?

If so, what are the results?

I just installed these springs over the weekend. Love the lift that I got from it.
I recently purchased my 04 Sahara and it had no lift and 33" tires on it (did have spacers and the proper bumpstops tho). It also had Rancho 9000x adjustable shocks, so I only needed coils at this point.
Not sure if it will allow me to post photos but here are the before and after photos:

I also plan on putting a 1.25" body lift (and mml) in the near future. But for now this is much better than when I bought it.

To be honest I meant to take measurements prior to putting on the lift and just ended up forgetting to do it. But my guess is that I got close to if not more than 2.5" from it. Here is another pic from the same angle as the before (not the best lighting tho):
