The PA pucks are 1 inch so youll need washers to build up 1/4 inch over that to match the RC pucks.

Ditto... I used my TC pucks (along with 2 additional from a local guy that was getting rid of his pucks) as seat risers. The RC TC drop kit pucks are 1.25" which is the exact same as the 1.25" BL pucks.

You'll need to replace the factory bolts with longer bolts.

(2) 7/16-20x2 hex-head bolts and (6) m8-60 hex-head bolts

Do you have any pics of what the rock rings would look like on a black DC-1 ?

I'm probably ordering mine today for my black DC1's. I don't care too much what they look like cause I gouged the CRAP out of one of mine a few weeks ago in the rocks. These would have saved it.

thanks Mitz, that worked.

Anyone install a RC front adjustable track bar? I did and the steering wheel is turned to the right by 90 deg, when I called RC they informed me that I needed a Drop Pitman Arm. Wish they would have told me when I ordered it the first time. Anyone else have this issue?

I installed the 3.25 lift and mine was off 90* as well. I did not install an adjustable trac bar or drop pitman arm. I relocated the stock trac bar as described in the instructions. To adjust the steering wheel, there is a collar on the drag link with two 15 mm bolts on it. With the wheels on the ground, loosen both bolts with a deep well socket and simply turn the collar until the steering wheel is in the correct position again. Take it for a drive and you may have to readjust it again, but its that easy. Helps to have someone watch the wheel as it turns, it took me a few times of getting up and down until i finally got it right.

Odds are that the alignment is off as well. Mine was WAYYY off after I installed the lift. It's manditory to get an alignment after any lift install

true that, mine was/is way off. Im not too concerned right now as im still not ready for the highway. I drove it around the subdivision a little bit just to check it out and it drives ok, but the toe is way out. Not surprised ad I had both axles completely off. Once I get ready to put new rubber under it and drive it for real, I will have it lined up. I tried to adjust the toe by a write up I found here, but I cant get it to break loose. But yeah, its most likely a must to get an alignment.

my local tire shop told me the angle was too far off to do a standard adjust. This is because of the front adjust track bar putting too much stress on tie rods and he recommended DPA. When I called RC to check, he said "if you have our adjust track bar you will need a DPA" and sold me one. Just wish they would have told me in the beginning, wouldnt have made me balk at the purchase, would have saved me a week of my jeep sitting in my driveway waiting for part. beside that, and the poor directions, the kit has been great. need to get a transmisson skid that wont hit driveshaft now.

thanks for the help everyone,
jeff
