Rotated my tires=DW Got them balanced still DW?

So at every oil change I rotate my tires'I did so last week and now I have a DW(death wobble) witch I didn't have before. So I get the tires balanced and still have the dreaded DW.I tell the shop to rebalance ......so they do..... still no help.Got my front end checked everything is tight.

My next thing to try is tire pressure, any one ever get a DW cause of tire pressure??

If that don't work adj. track bar or adj track bar bracket I'll be next .

Switch them back and see if it fixes it.Real DW will cause you to stop your Jeep to make it stop.If it wasn't there before, maybe you had a bent wheel on the rear that got switched to the front.

How old are your tires? Uneven wear or separated belt is possible. I had to get new rubber to stop my DW. A heavy duty Currie track bar also helped. Someone on the forum replaced all the bushings even though they didn't look or feel like they needed it. Fixed it for him.

Check your tires.

When I had the GY GSAs stock, they wore more unevenly then I've ever seen tire wear... front, back you name it. Everything was ok, until I rotated them (which sadly was far too late because I was dumb). Well, as soon as I did rotate them... DW. They were uneven enough that as soon as the tires were moved the front it was all bad...

Sounds like you rotate often, so they shouldn't be that far out of wack, but give it a check. Fronts and backs will wear differently due to our very advanced suspension and maybe they aren't cancelling out and resulting in evenly worn tires.

As far as pressure, there's tons written on DW here on the board. All I can add is my personal experience and for me tire pressure merely modulated the speed at which DW could occur.

I just checked my thread wear and of course the spare that is now on the front right has more meat then my front left which was my rear right before.I'm gonna swap my tire around tonight to see what that gives me.

O.K. here is where I'm at

I took the right front tire(which was my spare before my rotation) and switched it with the rear ,went for a ride absolutly zero difference so then I took my left front (which was my left rear before the rotation) and switched it with my left rear, went for a ride....problem solve.

Now this is a tire I got ballanced to see if it was outta wack and my mechanic says it's right on he says it doesn't appear to have a broken belt either??

so I say WTF??
