Rock Krawler Steering help

So, I went to take apart my steering because I think the hole in the steering knuckle has bored itself out, and now am trying to remove the drag link from the bolt that goes through the knuckle and it won't come off... anyone have any ideas how to get it off? the drag is under the knuckle and the nut was removed so that's not in the way... I didn't install it myself but I didn't think there was anything else holding the joint in

Are you saying you can't get the drag link out of the knuckle?

If so, give the knuckle a sharp rap on the end with a hammer. Don't hit the stud! Hit the knuckle where the stud goes through at a 90 degree angle to the stud. It may take a couple of solid whacks, but it should drop out.

Be very careful with the wife mod. Uninstallation can be extremely expensive. Wife mods have been known to take the Jeep and all other mods during the uninstall process. Also, make sure you service your wife mod properly as often as humanly possible. Wife mods not properly serviced may malfunction or uninstall themselves at any time.

Here's a pic...

Ignore the red and green arrows (they were for another purpose).

And ignore the fact that my drag link is on top.

Remove the nut and hit the knuckle where the purple arrow is...

notice the angle of the bolt in the knuckle.... (the bolt moves around a lot and I think it is the source of my vibes)

did you do the install? i wonder if the used the wrong size drill bit? mine is as tight as can be. If you look at yours and mine and you can see that they are different. i wonder if yours is the older style? mine has a 2 piece spacer that slides in to the drag link. one on top and one on bottom. i would definitely give jeremy at Rockkrawler a call. he will help you out..maybe even send you the new style spacer
