Get the shafts from Tom woods. The front will be a little longer than stock and the rear shorter.

You could get the front shortened and use it in the rear and then buy a new front shaft. Just a thought...

That's a good idea. It could save some money. I'm still using my shortened OEM front DS with 40's. I wheel it hard, and it's still holding up!

How do I know that it will fit right after I do this swap. I'm sure the one they sell is made for stock tj length. Where do I look for the length I'm going to need

Yes...definitely wait until it's all together. Take measurements, and get them cut, lengthened, or built to the correct length.

Look into Tatton Drivelines. I've heard good things, He has an Ebay Store as well.

They make the new ones to the length you specify. Every shaft it's made to order.

Awesome job so far...Keep it up! Let us know if your going to shorten the front DS and what the length should be. I need to do a SYE and I could use the savings as I'm a poor college student. I have a 2.5 lift like you so the measurements should be the same.

You could get your mounts from novak adapters.
