Hi,my factory headers are cracked,so instead of repairing,i'm going to replace,which is better?stainless or normal steel types,someone told me once that after stainless headers heat up the character of the steel changes , and they to go brittle and are more prone to problems,plus the added exspense to buy them.

I have never heard of stainless being that kind of a problem in these applications.

I would consider Bank's Engineering if they are available to you.
