Is a taper fit. A small puller will work. Or put the nut back on,hold a piece of wood between the nut and your hammer on and beat it .

I just replaced mine and it was a Biotch to get off. I beat it too hard and flatened the bolt. So then I heated it with a torch, cut the bolt with bolt cutters, then smacked it through with a BFH... Good luck,

It just so happens that I changed my stock Steering Stabilizer yesterday. I put in a Rancho 5000 stabilizer. I went to Harbor Freight Tools and bought a $6.99 Pitman Arm Puller tool. A few turns of the nut and out popped the stock stabilizer.

By the way, I no longer feel shaking in my steering wheel when I hit bumps in the road. Also when I start and stop, I used to feel the tire lugs shaking my wheel, and that is gone as well.
