Removing Outer Door Handles On Full Doors?

The powder coating is starting to flake off my outer door handles and I was wondering if anyone has taken theirs off to repaint? They look like a real pain in the arse to get off. Looks like some sort of chinese puzzle on the inside... I'd just hate to start prying things off before I get some advice. It wouldn't be so bad if they weren't starting to rust.

I know I could paint them on the door but the paint is flaking off everywhere and behind and I'd like to have them blasted.

Thanks

Stickers... geeze and I work in a sign shop... i should've thought of that.

Seriously, I wanted to do this right. I've read over those instructions and still a bit confused. The removal instructions didn't say anything about screws, but the very last install note was to install the screws...

I messed up and put the wrong install instructions.

I have fixed it and added a pic.
