Relocating the side view mirrors...

Have any of you fabbed your own side mounts to relocate your side view mirrors? I saw some of the mounts from on line suppliers and it really looks very simple. If you made some, I would like to know how they turned out and would like to see some pics of them.

That mirror is just right. Looks very good. That is what I'll do. Thanks for posting. Since my Jeep is black, it will look right at home.
Good looking Jeep!

thanks....I almost hate taking them off cuz they give more area coverage than the stock mirrors...LOL

Id highly suggest getting the bolts welded to the arms...as it helps with the vibration dampening..mine arent perfect..welded and ground a little smooth...then shot with paint....

I want an as inconspicuous looking side mirror on it as possible. I think I have a plan. I went and bought a 5" convex mirror with the bracket that fits on the bar style truck mirrors. It has the adjustable loop. I'm going to find a small rod that will fit that loop and weld it to the head of a bolt that will fit through the hinge after taking off the door. It will only protrude about 6" out and will sit fairly low. I also painted it black. I still like AZG23's mirror. You don't notice it real well.
