Alright. I am putting the inteior back after lining the tub(pics to follow). Hw the heck do I get the seat belts to release. I un bolted the rear seat belts and taped them to the roll bar to keep them out of the way. They are now retracted nearly all the way and I can't get them to release so I can bolt them back into place

All you have to do is hold them just like they would be positioned while they are in the jeep. They have a safety mechanism that locks them up when they aren't correctly oriented so if you were to say roll your jeep or something, they would lock up and not just let you fall out.

x2, when I took out my passenger belt to work on it I ran into the same problem and had an "oh ****" moment.
