rear track bar relocation kit

I have a trail master 4" lift on my TJ.I do not have a rear track bar relocation kit. The lift did not come with it.Is this something I need or is it useless like a droped pit man arm?
THANKS B

Yes you will need one. I suggest Rubicon Express. They have a couple different types.

You should definitely get one....it keeps the wheels centered under the jeep....Rubicon express's website is

www.Rubiconexpress.com

Also try Teraflex they have one www.teraflx.com that's the brand I got and it was cheaper than the RE version...hth

Another good rear trackbar relocation bracket is made by Tera... www.teraflx.com It's the one I ran for 3-4 years until I had to install an adjustable rear trackbar and needed an angled bracket for it.

I just installed my 4" Tera-Flex lift on Thursday. I installed the relocation bracket and the adjustable track bar, both from Tera-Flex. I really like the rear track bar because it flexes at the end.

Peace Out

If they are fine, then you are one of the very few with a 4" lift without this problem.....while driving without the bracket it can cause your axle to sway back and forth underneath the jeep...not something you can see while you are driving it.....it can cause one of your tires to rub something while driving and puncture it..hth

sometimes if you stand at the back of your jeep while it's parked you can see that one side of the rear axle is further over to one side than it is to the other side....you can judge this by looking at how far the tires stick out from the flares.....I would also look at the inside of my rear tires to see if there are any spots that look like they might have rubbed or are rubbing...the Teraflx rear track bar bracket was only like 40 bucks so it's better to be safe than sorry....hth
