Rear driveline vibes at 50 mph

I have an 01 TJ w/TW DS and SYE. I swapped in Rubi D44s and had to get rear CV driveshaft shortened 1.5 inches and rebalanced. The angle installed is 15 degrees and the pinion 1 degree below that. I now have vibes that get real annoying above 50mph and get worse as speed is increased. I removed front DS and it's still there. Removed rear DS and she is smooth as can be up to over 65mph in front wheel drive. So I lower TransferCase 1 inch and and readj. pinion, but no difference. DS angle is now 12.5 degrees. Do I need to keep dropping it or do you think the DS needs balancing? Has anyone fixed a vibe by reindexing the shaft one or more splines?
