Rear drain plugs

Am I missing something? I'm not finding any drain plugs in the rear of my '99 TJ. With all the rain we have had they would come in handy! I see what looks like it should be a drain plug but it sure doesn't pop out. TIA

it is either a rubber plug that you pry out, or a bolt where you can but a plane ol 3/8in socket in and turn the bolt out. I am not sure what you are running, but in the past I have seen the fill holes on the sides of the rear (pumpkin) about half way up.

Thanks BlueTJ - looks like mine but I don't have that rubber plug. All I have are the two oblong things on both rear floorboards.

This gets brought up once in a while. It appears that not all have plugs back there, and year or model doesn't seem to be a determiner. I wonder if there different manufacturing plants for the bodies?
My 03 has no rear plugs.
