I just put on 35x14.50 boggers on my jeep. Right now I have the 3.5 inch RE lift which I used when I had 33x12.50 swampers. I figured that once the 35s went on that I wouldn't be able to drive until I put on a bigger lift but I have been very suprised at how well the 3 inch is working with the larger tires. The tires are brand new so I haven't had a chance to try it out off road yet. I'm sure that I will get rubbing with much articulation so I thnk that I am going to go to a 4.5" long arm very soon. For street driving though, it works great with the exception of tires rubbing with extreme steering input.

I have the RE 3.5" kit with a JKS 1.25" body lift and I think that setup is perfect for 33's. It would be fine for street driving but I just dont think that it would cut it for the trail. My plan is to go with the JKS ACOS when I add 35's.

An RE 3.5with a body lift of 1- 1.25 should work fine with 35,s.Many here have done it as an RE 3.5 actually lifts closer to 4.5 in.I run a 4in lift with a 1in body lift & have only touched the front flare once. This can be fixed with a little bumpstop adjustment but as front D60 is due in I,ll wait.

On my 2003 Rubicon I have the 3 1/2" RE Super Flex kit with a one inch body lift and run 35 X 12.50 Super Swamper SSR's. I have no problem.

I rub hard with the RE3.5 and 33" tires, not usre what is up. I even comp cut the rear and tube fendered the front and I still rub! I hit some very hard trails though!

35x14.50 boggers with a RE 3.5 inch lift Yeah, it's a poser shot but I haven't had a chance to take it off road in the four days they have been on. |

Like I said, I just got mine and wanted to see how it drove before I made any decisions about suspension or gears. I have the 3.73s right now and they are not as bad as I thought they would be FOR THE ROAD. Offroad, I think I might go a little nuts with them. I think that I will be ordering 4.88s very soon.

I have 3:55 gears and its not that bad. Eventually I will regear and get a 44. ![]()

With bump stops set correctly you can run 35's with the 3.5" and a 1"bl. With 35's I would run 4.88's.
