RC 3.25 lift feedback and pics!
I have only heard good things about the RC 3.25 kit so I ordered mine yesterday and should have it installed in a couple weeks.
I'm looking for some "real" feedback from those who have the kit regarding.. - quality - installation - on/off road handling - anything else I should know or "worry" about Like I said.. I have only heard great things and wanted to hear the good and bad (if bad even applies here) before I move to the install. Also.. Show some pics if you got em. I'm excited about this purchase and look forward to hear from you.. Thanks!

Enjoy your lift, Nothing but great things to say here, I also did the 1.25 BL and I think that makes a HUGE difference in the look

My Jeep with the 3.25 RC lift rides like a tank. Every bump is a kidney buster. Other than that it's a great lift for the money.

So I finally got around to installing my RC 3.25 lift this past weekend and thought I would share some pics in this thread as well as the RC 2.5 thread.
Overall This kit is really good! The install was a pain but that was mostly because we broke our spring compressor and had to completely drop the axles to install the new springs. I installed the 0.75" spacers both up front and in the rear but only added the 5/8" spring isolator up front. It sits very even and only has 0.25" difference between the front and rear. I custom made 1" extensions for front and rear bump stops using longer bolts, a nut, and 2 washers. The 1" bump stop extensions are perfect and allow very little fender rub at full articulation and no shocks bottom out. I also bought pins at the hardware store for the front sway bars for easy disconnect. I'm still running my 32x11.5 STTs so the next step for me is the 1.25" BL w/ MML so I can run 33s w/out having to further extend the bump stops and remove the TC drop. I'm heading to the cliffs on the 26th to put this kit to the test so I will be sure to post more pics afterwords. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I was really impressed with the flex of this kit but a little disapointed that I rubbed the front fender w/ 32s at full flex. It just forces me to go bigger sooner I guess |

Thank you! I was extremely pleased with the way it handled on the road on the way home at 3am HAHAHA. It definately handles 1000 times better then my stock springs w" 2" BB and skycrapper nitros. It feels like a brand new jeep!
I can't wait to really flex it out offroad! |
