Random Stalling, CEL on Have DTC's

As stated above. Was driving and all of the sudden nothing. Jeep would start to stumble bad and stall. Has happened twice now. Restart it and it would run fine. Specs as follow 04 TJ 4.0 160k New motor at 139k.
Cam Sensor New(when they put the motor in), Crank sensor new, newer coil rail(within a year) cleaned tb.
First time it happened it threw these dtc's. p0340, p0353, p0351, p1391.
Second time now has these dtc's. p0340, p0353, p0352, p0351, p1391.
Also I dont know if it is related but has a rough idle, almost like its chugging and when you raise the rpms a bit its smooth.

just looking for any ideas or areas to check. Thanks!

04 TJ "Leyla" Rubi..
