looks great for a prototype

Im in also:- makes a great option for replacement instead of buying a new stock soft top and then a bikini/safari top also.
Take your time and make it right the first time- otherwise you stand the chance of getting shredded in these forums.

Jake,
Thanks for the e-mail about this thread. Definitely interested in one!

I like the factory surrounds, and love the capability to use it without the side windows as well. The window storage is just what I have been looking for.
Sailcloth is the only way to go!!

I'll buy when it hits the market.

That top looks very much like my bestop Trektop which, I might add, looks cool, but doesn't use the factory door surrounds so it doesn't seal well around the doors (loud and leaky). The side windows don't remove either, just the rear.

...never had a leak, and its actually quieter than m stock one..... but to each his own i guess

Mine only leaks around the doors - for some reason I can't get it to seal well...I just can't get the frames to mount so they seal. They aren't bent or anything, just don't seem to stay in place. The noise comes from the poor seal around the doors - so I'm really looking forward to a fastback that uses the factory door surrounds

I haven't tried the factory soft top for comparison - I never got the windows for it (the dealership kept them and gave me the trektop)...but that's a story for another day

Im in as long as the kit has the removable tinted windows and storage area for them. Also if the price is competitive, I will definitely end up getting it.
