For those of you purchasing an aftermarket radiator, I'm in the same boat and wonder about how they are mounted? Does everything mount back in the same, or do you have to drill into things and make your own brackets?

I found Radiator.com and I've read a couple of good things about their speed and customer service. I'm probably going to call them when they're open tomorrow.

I picked mine up from O'Reilleys and it went right in with no issues with fastenings.

That's by far the low end of radiators. You can do better...IMO

I did what many have done on here and got a 2 row from radiator barn (all metal). no problems at all with installing it. Just bolt right in. I think all told it took about 30 minutes.
my only piece of advice would be to make sure you don't get one of the plastic OEM replacements. go all metal. |
