Racing Jeep
This probably sounds like a simple question. I was driving my daughter to a soccer game yesterday, and when I got off the highway my engine wouldn't slow down from the 3,000 RPM that I was doing on the highway. I was able to continue to the game, shut it off, and go home again, but the RPM's were still up there. The throtle cable is free. Any idea of the cause?
I've had a fluctuation at idle for over a year now if that helps.(700-900 RPM) Thanks in advance.
