Questions about 2" springs vs. 2" spacers.
Currently I've got a 2.25" BB on my rig w/ 2" bump stop extensions. To my understanding the extensions are needed to keep the factory springs from getting over compressed. If I drop the spacers and go for 2" coils can I ditch the 2" extensions? Will the 2" aftermarket springs handle getting compressed that much?

I don't know if the springs could handle it(mine said the warranty is void if proper bump stops are not used), however it is probably more an issue of keeping your tires out of your fenders at that point. Without extended bump stops my tires would rip mine off. How close do yours get at full flex?
Your tires are fairly small and probably wouldn't need much of an extension, but those 2" of up travel you lose shouldn't effect you too much.

After market springs will be able to handle the spring compression. But they are a good idea if you plan on getting larger tires.
