quadratec edition arb front stubby bull bumper

anyone have experience with this bumper? http://www.quadratec.com/products/12000_1001_07.htm

looks like a good deal. I just wish the lights could be mounted on the sides of the bumper like the stock bumper.

so is another bumper better? For the price this one seems reasonable....the warn rock crawler is a couple hundred bucks more with the winch plate and grill guard.
