Push Plates 4a non-Minute Mount Fisher Plow /97

Sorry, I am quite new to plow setups.

I have a non-Minute Mount Fisher Plow (Steel Blade) and some stuff for it but I have nothing to mount it on my 97 (96) TJ.
What is the difference in the push plates between the Minute Mount and the non-Minute Mount ?
Are they the same ?
Can they be used for each other or converted in some way ?
