Pure Jeep tube fenders

Hey what do you guys know about these. I know usually with tube fenders you have to install a cold air intake. I looked on their site and it didn't mention anything about needing one, just gives you the normal product details. Anyone know if their good product? Know anyone running them? personal experience? anything at all would be helpful. Thanks.
