Problems with my Smittybilt COMP SRC 8 winch

Well I went to use my winch at the local ORV park last week and well the clutch kept popping as soon as the line got tight. The only way the clutch would stay engaged was to hold it by hand and as soon as you let go it would pop to free spool. So I called smittybilt they sent me a new gearbox cover and handle along with a new clutch spring assembly so I installed it today because I have nothing better on the old schedule. I went and tested it on my truck and same thing still under pressure it would pop into free spool. I will call them again in the morning to see whats next but does anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be or experienced this before. I have had this winch for about 9 months and pulled tons of stuff and never had and issue so buy a warn or some other winch companys is not helping me thanks. And so far just so people know smittybilt customer service has been great to work with.

Talk more with Smittys tech dept. They have bound to have had this problem more than once in their history.
