Power Steering Noise

I have fried my power steering on the trails. It makes a terrible whine and gets very hard to turn. I changed the fluid and added some lucas ps additive in hopes of a quick fix, but that didn't help. I'm not sure if its the pump or the gear box. I'm sure some of you fellow Jeepers have had the same problem. I need to fix it, but I need help knowing what to replace. I will also be adding a ps cooler whit the new parts.
