POW Cutout for Hood

(If this is in the wrong forum, please move it to the proper one)

I've got a white 98TJ and I am strongly considering putting a large POW (prisoner of war) emblem on the hood.

I want to do it myself and plan on getting an aircompressor and paint gun and want to make it look good, so a cut-out would be a huge help. Anyone know where I can get one?

If you can not get one use a projector to project the image on paper to cut or directly on to the hood to tape off.

That's a good idea. Also, what is a good method of taking the paint off the hood? If I do this, I plan on repainting the whole thing. Take it down to bare metal, reprime, then paint. Was doing some research and saw that simple sandblasting can cause the metal to stretch? Also saw that there is media blasting but it costs a bit more to do, but there isn't any effect on the metal.

Can I use either with a standard air compressor or do they each have their own whole system?

Why not go to a sign shop and have a sticker made?

Stickers Peel... Kind of like the idea of it being permanent. Plus, it's more satisfying doing it myself.
