Do you mean that you want to install a post 1999 exhaust manifold on a pre 2000 4.0L TJ engine?...

Ok i think i figured out my set up so i dont have to use a 00-02 cat

Exhaust Manifold:
Used oem units from ebay

Head Pipe:
Walker 52317

Catalytic Converter:
Walker 15841 97-99

Muffler:
Walker 21337

Tail Pipe:
Walker 54227

Now my plan is so cut flange off the head pipe and use an adapter or expand the pipe so it fits with the cat. Any one think this set up will work my only concern is the length of the head pipe and the length of the cat.

Why the whole exhaust when all you need is the manifolds and the collector?
