Is it possible to Rhinoline Xenon Flat Flares?

Im getting my front tube fenders rhinolined and I want to match the rear. Im going with a set of xenons rear 4'' flares. I know they are made from urethane. I dont know if plastics or this materials can be Rhinolined coated. If it will hold up and stick and what not.

If it is, let me know.

My front one on my passenger side looks like ***. The rest are fine though...I wouldn't mind painting or doing something to them but I don't know if it'd make it worse.

If they're stock, use Krylon Fusion paint. No primer or sanding needed.Clean with rubbing alcohol and spray away.

No, they're not stock fender flares. They're the Xenon's.

I'd like to paint them or something...just not sure how to prep them and what will take well to that material.

It's the same material and Krylon fusion is perfect to paint them.
