It's not a fantastic idea to spray carb cleaner into the intake. Carb cleaner is very harsh on electronics and anything rubber/plastic or painted. For vehicles with a carburetor this was fine, everything in the carb was metal and mechanical. For fuel injected vehicles there are plastic parts and sensors fore and aft.
However, it isn't likely the immediate effect of burning coming from the bottom of the block was caused by the cleaner unless there was something already wrong. It is highly unusual to have antifreeze in that location. Knucklehead it right, do a pressure check on your system to find where that leak is coming from. No sense in guessing and wasting time and money trying to find what should reveal itself easily with a pressure test.
