PCM Pinout Diagram ???

Hey everyone... I'm in search of a PCM pinout diagram for both a 2000 and 2004 TJ 4.0 (all three plugs for both).

Long story, short... I've got an '04 TJ (originally with the 42RLE trans) with it's original engine harness and I'm swapping over to an NV3550 from my 2000 parted out TJ. I've got the 2000 PCM and harness... but using the 2000 harness would be a nightmare with the different style plugs, evap system, O2 sensors, etc. on the '04. So, I'm going to attempt at sticking with the 2004 harness... but, I'd like to map the pinouts to be sure everything works with the 2000 PCM. If that doesn't work, I may have to find a harness from a 2004 'manual' TJ.

So, I'd like to start with pinout diagrams for a 2000 TJ PCM and a 2004. Does anyone have access to these? Thanks in advance!

You will have to bring up the 2000 TJ online manual then select the Wiring Connector Pin-outs.

When you get the .pdf to load, look at the tool bar.

Where it shows a 1 in a square to the left of /42, type in 33. That will take you to page 33 where the PCM Pinouts pages begin. There are three pages (33, 34, 35.)

EDIT: Here is a link to the 2005 FSM if it helps:
