paper air filter with pre-filter
my jeep has an air filter with a 3/4" thick coarse foam pre-filter glued to the bottom. Is this a stock part or anyone know which company makes such a filter?
All paper ones i've seen seem to not have the pre-filter, which i like because after a loooong dusty road drive i can just remove it and slap the dust out of it. The filter's gettin a little yellow now and it's time to replace... just curious why i don't see this type anywhere out there. Checked AC Delco, Fram, Motomaster etc...

i had a Mopar/Chrysler filter on my TJ with a prefilter like you are talking about

FYI - the Mopar filter no longer has the pre-filter. They took it off, I presume to increase their profit margin.
