the two sensors "before" are both sensors #1, but bank one sensor differs from bank two due to the length of the pigtail, hence seperate part numbers

sensors #2 are both "after" and perform a different function to the "before" sensors and also have a different pigtail on each bank, again hence the reason for different part numbers.

look at the first post and it nominates the Mopar number for the model year and sensor you are after. also, Mopar sensors are supplied by NTK

I don't see a part number for MOPAR for bank 2 sensor 1 on 2006 Rubicon. The info I see is as follows:
Upstream, Rear Manifold - Bank Two, Sensor One
ODBII Codes: P0151, P0152, P0153, P0154, P0155
Physically located towards the rear of the vehicle before the mini-catalytic converter.
~Parts~
Bosch
2000: Part #13280
2001-2003: Part #13664
2004: Part #15504
2005-2006: Part #13869

MOPAR
2000: Part #56041 213AF
2001: Part #56041 944AA
2002-2003: Part #56031 110AA
2004: Part #56028 994AA

There's no MOPAR part number for 2006 Rubicon, or any Wrangler.

Here is what I did last week when I was buying O2 sensors.

Go to Rock Auto

Get the part number:
NTK Part # 23160 Wire length: 11.80"
Upstream Rear; 2; 4; NTK is the OE Mfg

Search the web with that part number for the best deal. I ended up going with advanced because they had a coupon for $10 off orders over $30 and you can do in-store pickup. So i was able to go up there and get it right after I placed the order. coupon code: RETMENOT123

Is the "upstream rear; 2; 4; NTK" the same as Bank 2 Sensor 1?

That would be correct.

Front cylinders 1,2,3 = Bank 1.
Rear cylinders 4,5,6, = Bank 2.
Before PreCat Converter = Sensor 1.
After PreCat Converter = Sensor 2.

I was going to order from Advance using your code...store near me doesn't accept online orders. However, he took my order, ordered the part, and gave me the discount anyway. Thanks for the code and your help!!

The last couple of weeks I keep receiving a P0431 CEL. I only get the light on warmer Southern California days. It only appears after driving the car for a few minutes and then coming to a stop (Stoplight, parking lot, etc...). I inspected and can not find any exhaust leaks. I had a friends shop run it on their smog machine and it passed with flying colors so I believe the catalytic converter is working properly (When I researched P0431 here everyone said it was a bad cat but the smog results seem to say otherwise).

Next up I was going to try replacing the bank 2 downstream and maybe the upstream O2 sensor unless anyone else has a suggestion?

Update for anyone else that experiences this. In December I dropped the exhaust to replace the oil pan seal (I thought it was the rear main seal leaking) and confirmed one of the pre-cats was broken up and clogged. I moved to Denver in January and the local dealer replaced the cats on the 80 year / 80K Federal Emissions Warranty.

Now that I have new catalytic converters I am wondering if I should replace any of the O2 sensors? I was putting up with P0431 for at least 20K miles over 4-6 months and I am wondering if the engine compensated and damaged any of the O2 sensors?
