Option A or B

Some dumb B**** backed into my car and dented the corner of my bumper when it was parked in the street. Froma previous fender bender I had KC lights that were dented in the back from hitting the fenders and my fenders have 2 little dents where the lights hit. Anyway, i pawned it all off on this lady just to get new lights but it turns out the insurance company sent me a check for 789.00. to cover the lights fenders and bumper. So hear are the options......

A. Get a RE standard 3.5 lift and wait to save up for tires or

B. Get like some sort of budget bust and get tires also

Its a Daily driver so i dont go like professional offroading like some of the people on hear but i tear up yards sometimes. Sorry for the novel i wrote

I vote insurance party with as much liquor and beer as you can buy. Make that a week long party.

OT - I was having lunch at the local Mexican restaurant the other day. I came out and walked up to my F250. There was a pile of amber and red plastic right in front of my bumper.

I took a close look, and none of my lights were broken. I looked real close, and then I could see where someone had hit one of the massive tow hooks on my front bumper. No real damage to my truck, other than a little paint scuff on the hook...on my seven year old truck.

People in the car right next to me were yelling..."hey, is that your truck?...we saw it happen, got the license number and called it in!"

The cops were right there. The cop who took my statement asked if I wanted to press charges. I said "darn right...last time somebody ran me in a parking lot, my insurance coughed up $2600". He said "good...we don't go for this around here".

While he was taking my statement, another cop called, and said he had the perp, across town.

I went on my way. A couple hours later, the cop called me, told me he had the *****, hauled her off to jail for hit and run.

Too bad for her. She punched her lights out and got a trip to jail for her trouble. No real damage on my end.

I told the cop if the perp had come inside and talked to me, we could have settled up with no complaint on my end. He said it would have been a $30 no-point ticket for her.

Tough luck!

Definately B.For tearing up back yards, lockers are a waste of money.Lift and tires or the party idea sounded pretty good too.

You participated in insurance fraud.

You "tear up yards sometimes".

Find another Jeep board, you won't fit in around here.
