ome emu shocks with rc 2.5 lift ?'s

After hearing about the hassle with the rc kit's coming with too long of shocks I have decided since I want my lift to e very modest Id like to go with a 2.5" system using 31' tires. I am curious how people find the rc springs with the ome shocks? also I talked with rough country and they stated that the bump stops were part of the 2.2 shocks. Old man emu gives you 2 extended bumpstops (presumably for the rear) in their kit. a write up on the 2.5 lift from ome states FRONT and REAR bump stops were used (Jeep Horizons :: TJ OME Lift Install) Ive sifted through the posts on the forum but cannot find the simple info I need. When using A 2.5 lift with new springs are bump stops advised or required when using 31" tires...if so what's the prefered amount. Thanks everyone for the help.

ome kit comes with rear extensions. hockey pucks up front work great. yes you very likely need them with 31".
