olympic sierra rack

First off, this really isnt technical, but i know this forum has more traffic than any other, so moderators, please feel free to move!

Im looking at getting the olympic sierra rack that mounts to the spare tire carrier. I have the rubi wheels, and the way the rack mounts, is through the center of the wheel. The rubi wheels dont have a very big hole at all. Will this rack work for me?

I just called Olympic with the exact same question and they said yes, it will fit. BTW, the hole on my wheeles is just a hare over 2 inches.
