Oil pooled up inside intake manifold

Hey JF. I took off my intake manifold today while replacing my exhaust header and I noticed oil pooled up inside my intake ports, is this normal? I did a 99+ intake swap less than 500 miles ago and it was spotless when installed.

Thanks!
