NP231 from a 2000 TJ fit a 2006 LJ?

Any compatability issues with a NP231 from a 2000 5 speed to a 2006 6 speed?

The D35: 60% of the time, it breaks every time.

'06 LJ (specs in profile, 35's, ARBs, rocket boosters, stealth technology, etc.)

as long as its not from a 4-cyl, and you use the 06 trans mount & skid, it should fit. not sure about the 4wd-light harness tho, that may have changed at the 02/03 split, but i have no idea on that.
