NP 231 or NV241

Hey, I have an 05 TJ X 6spd with a RE 3.5 lift. I was wondering if i should get the SYE kit to eliminate driveline vibrations or should i just swap my NP231 with an NV241....? I found and NV 241 at a decent price but i would like to know if the NV 241 is a bolt on replacement to my NP 231 or do i need and additional modifications. Form what i've heard the transsmision mount might need modfication due to the larger NP241.... iS THIS TRUE...??

You'd need to replace your shafts as well. The Rubi uses a shaft with a slip-joint in the shaft itself.
