No start, No crank.

After doing a fair amount of searching and replacing, Ive given up and turned to you guys for some help. One day this spring my jeep decided just not to start, since then I have replaced: Starter, Battery, Distributor Cap, Rotor, Plugs and Wires.
It seems to only do this when its rainy and damp out(50 and rainy today in MA), which I assumed to be the starter at first and then the distributor cap. Now Im leaning towards some type of bad ground or the ignition itself. Any ideas where to start? Things I might have missed?

No click from the starter itself but there is a click from the relay box. I switched the relays with the other one thats in there and it did not help.

Bump. Still nothing. No corrosion on the battery, looked for as many grounds as I could, all looked secure.

Check the clutch /neutral safety switch. On the clutch pedal arm there is a switch. Should have voltage when key goes into START position.

Clutch switch has been bypassed. Just like the previous times I tinkered on it for a couple hours with nothing. Left it for a couple hours because it got dark out. Went out and it started right up Any ideas?
