no spark on 2 and 5

2002 tj sport 4L
code p0352
no spark on 2 and 5 plug( test plugs for spark and confirmed trying injectors)
new coil rail, new cam and crank sensor, new plugs
any ideas on what can cause this or other parts i should change?

Run a compression test, and a cylinder leak down test to see what type of shape your engine is in. Also, check the wires going to the coil rail to make sure they aren't shorted. Sometimes on the 4.0 the coil rail wires rub on the back of the cylinder head and in turn can damage the wires. I'd also look there.
