Newbie suspension/t case swap qustion on damaged O5 TJ

I have have an stock 2005 tj with 4cly and 6 speed that was in an accident,
It pushed the front axle back. Slamming the drive shaft back and cracking the trans case along with tweaking the front suspension, sway arm and other misc. suspension issues.
I also know of a 99 6cly 5 speed that has been rolled with a good suspension for cheap, motor, tcase all appear good.

I also could have access to a cheap 01 grand cherokee, if that gives way to any help or ideas for cheap bolt on upgrades....

Question is... can I just unbolt the entire axle, drive shaft and tcase and swap them from the 99?

Tcase wise i believe the housings are the same, and I should just have to split the case and swap in put and out put shafts.

Will the 99 axle and gears be the same as the 05 and just bolt up?

Or

If someone out there has a crazy idea what I should do with the 05 (on the cheap).......PS... If money wasn’t an issue... Dana 44 and a hemi would already be in the 05, but money is an issue........

This is/was my daily driver and I am looking for the easiest and cheapest way to get back on the road.

Thanks again..and sorry about the long post.
