6.5" now since I changed my spring spacers/lift height.. originally it was 5.5" up and 7.5 down on the front.... as blaine mentioned, the control arm angle becomes a problem in a hurry, especially with short arms and if there's no locker to help it climb. short arms end up getting shoved back untill the shocks are fully extended before it'll climb but it does sand dunes and jumps like a caddi on the fwy.
My rears are 13.875" travel and are a hair under 7" uptravel.
